Super Salad with Green Goddess Dressing

Mix any of the ingredients below:

 

Romaine Lettuce

Arugula

Watercress

Spinach

Cucumber

Bell Peppers (all colors)

Tomato

Avocado

Olives

Green Beans

Sweet Corn

Cabbage (Red and/or White)

Onions

Asparagus

 

Make your salad fun and filled with a rainbow of color.

 

Green Goddess Dressing

½ – 1 Avocado

1 clove Garlic

1 Sweet Onion

½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tsp. Grape Seed Oil

 

Place all ingredients into a blender and pour over salad as desired.

 

 

Veggie Sandwich

 

Any Leafy Green (Arugula, Watercress, Romaine, etc)

Sprouts

Cucumber

Tomato

Avocado

Sprouted Bread, Millet Bread, or use large green collard leaf and wrap like a burrito.

 

 

Guacamole

Avocado chopped into pieces

4 chopped Scallions

Freshly squeezed lime-juice

½ cup Tomatoes

¼ cup chopped Bell Peppers (red and/or yellow)

 

Chop or mash all ingredients until desired texture and mix together.

 

 

Relish (can be added on top of Sandwich, Salad or any dish.)

Almond Milk

1 cup of Raw Almonds

½ cup Maple Syrup

3 ½ – 4 cups Distilled Water

½ tsp. of Almond Extract

¼ tsp. Cardamom

Place all ingredients into blender and blend on high speed for 3 minutes. Should be consumed without starches as Almond Milk considered a protein.
